CEO Julianne Weight is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and has numerous published articles. She has given presentations on technology, business management and quality assurance at numerous national and regional meetings.

Julianne has over 20 years' experience in business management, medical records documentation and medical transcription. She has a passion for technology and was a workgroup member of the AHIMA e-HIM initiative, Speech Recognition in EHR, and co-authored the Practice Brief for publication in the Journal of HIMA. She was a member of the AHIMA Personal Health Record Practice Council in 2007.
